Type locality: Turkey, Konya, Bakaran vill., 1300 m.

Holotype: MWM. male ♂. 19–20 & 23.VI.2001. leg. Krüger & Saldaitis.

Dyspessa tyumasevae is a moth in the family Cossidae. It was described by Yakovlev in 2008. It is found in Turkey.

The length of the forewings is 9.5–11 mm (0.37–0.43 in). The forewings are light yellow with a light-brown pattern. The hindwings are dark-brown, with a yellowish border.[1]
