Type species: Currently recognised as Chrysomela armoraciae Fabricius, 1775 [= Chrysomela versicolora Laicharting, 1781], by subsquent designation by Thomson, 1859: 158; according to Bousquet & Bouchard (2013), Fabricius' species is actually Chrysomela armoraciae Linnaeus, 1758, currently included in Phaedon.
