Otopharynx ovatus (Trewavas, 1935)

Holotype: BMNH 1935.6.14.1487. [Paralectotypes: BMNH 1935.6.14.1488-1489 (2)]. Lectotype designated by Eccles & Trewavas, 1989:159.

Type locality: Southern end of Lake Malawi [Lake Nyasa], southeastern Africa.
