Electropherogram

An electropherogram is a plot of results from an analysis done by electrophoresis automatic sequencing.

Electropherograms may be used for deriving results from:

* genealogical DNA testing
* paternity testing
* DNA sequencing
* Genetic fingerprinting

An electropherogram shows a sequence of data that is produced by an automated DNA sequencing machine.[1]
