Type locality: "Numbut, Mt. Rawlinson, ca. 4200 ft. (ca. 1280 m.), Morobe District, Territory of Papua-New Guinea".

Lechriodus aganoposis is a species of frog in the Myobatrachidae family. It is found in West Papua in Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, intermittent freshwater marshes, and rural gardens.
