Syntypes: MNHN-RA 6998 and MNHN-RA 6998A, BMNH 1946.8.18.81 (formerly 51.8.26.3).

Type locality: “Morée [=Morea]”, Greece.

The skink can be found in Greece and Turkey.[2]
