Diplolaemus is a genus of lizards in the family Leiosauridae. The genus is endemic to southern South America.

Diplolaemus leopardinus (F. Werner, 1898) – leopard iguana

Range: Argentina (Patagonia, Neuquen)

Range: Argentina, Chile
