Phyzelaphryne miriamae is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae[verification needed] family, in the monotypic genus Phyzelaphryne. It is found in Brazil and possibly Bolivia.

Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
