The Black-necklaced Scimitar-babbler (Pomatorhinus erythrocnemis) is a species of bird in the Timaliidae family.

It is found in Taiwan. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
