Vernacular names

Lankanectes corrugatus is a species of frog in the Ranidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Lankanectes. It is endemic to Sri Lanka.
The natural habitats of L. corrugatus are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical swamps, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, rivers, intermittent rivers, swamps, freshwater marshes, and rural gardens. It is threatened by habitat loss.
