Phasmahyla cochranae (Bokermann, 1966)

Type locality: "Campo de Fruticultura da Bocaina, Serra da Bocaina, São Jose do Barreiro, state of São Paulo, Brazil, collected at 1,600 m."

Holotype: WCAB 31184; now in MZUSP.
